A DYNAMIC, VERSATILE RESTYLE OF THE SPACE

“LA CASALINGA” IS A HISTORICAL SHOP IN CARPI, A REAL POINT OF REFERENCE FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR ORIGINAL DESIGNS AND LEADING BRANDS: THE MAIN ITEMS FOR SALE ARE HOME FURNISHINGS AND ACCESSORIES.  WE CARRIED OUT A SHOP RESTYLE PROJECT FOR THEM, TAKING CARE OF EVERY DETAIL. THE OWNERS WANTED TO GIVE THE SPACE MORE FLUIDITY, WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF TRANSFORMING THE DISPLAYS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO CREATE LITTLE “AREAS” WITH THEIR OWN ACCESSORIES. THIS IS WHY FROM THE START WE WENT IN THE DIRECTION OF A MORE FLUID LAYOUT THAT WOULD GIVE THE IDEA OF BALANCE AND CONNECTION. 
AN EXPERIENCE GUIDED BY “THEMED CORNERS”, CREATED BY COMBINING SOME OF THE PRE-EXISTING FURNISHINGS, AS REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT, WITH ELEMENTS DESIGNED BY OUR STUDIO. THE RESULT IS A SINGLE, CONTINUOUS SPACE, BUT THANKS TO THE USE OF VOLUME AND COLOUR THE CUSTOMER’S ATTENTION IS DIRECTED TOWARDS STRATEGIC POINTS.
THIS FEELING OF FLUIDITY AND VERSATILITY IS EMPHASISED BY THE CHOICE OF COLOURS AND MATERIALS. AFTER AN ANALYSIS OF COLOUR TRENDS, WE CHOSE A PALETTE OF PARTICULARLY SATURATED NATURAL TONES WITH THE OWNERS, SUCH AS YELLOW, BRICK RED AND SAGE GREEN. EACH OF THESE SHADES IS DESIGNED TO INTRODUCE AN ELEMENT THAT STANDS OUT WITHIN THE SPACE, A COLOUR TREND THAT IS CONTEMPORARY, BUT ALSO HAS A MORE LONG-TERM VISION. EVERYTHING IS IN HARMONY WITH THE BRUSHED OAK OF THE FURNISHINGS, OFTEN COMBINED WITH METAL FINISHES.
FOLLOWING THIS LOGIC OF “CONNECTION” AND VERSATILITY, WE DESIGNED AND CREATED SOME “CUBE-BLOCKS” OF DIFFERENT SHAPES AND SIZES, PAINTED IN THE SAME COLOURS AS THE WALLS. AS WELL AS ATTRACTING ATTENTION, THEY ARE DESIGNED TO BE DYNAMIC FURNISHING ELEMENTS, BOTH INSIDE THE SHOP AND FOR THE WINDOW DISPLAY. THE SAME IS TRUE OF THE CHOICE TO INSERT A UNIQUE MODULAR SHELVING UNIT, MADE OF FOLDING, ADJUSTABLE SLATS, WHICH LENDS ITSELF TO ANY TYPE OF DISPLAY OR ITEM, TRANSFORMING ITSELF INSTANTLY ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENTS.
OUR RESTYLE PROJECT FOCUSED ON COMPLETELY REDESIGNING THE SPACES, THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE FURNISHINGS AND THE DISPLAY AREAS. THE AIM WAS TO ENHANCE THE EXPERIENCE IN THE SHOP, BUT ALSO MAKE THE DISPLAYS MORE FUNCTIONAL AND VERSATILE, AS REQUESTED BY THE OWNERS.
