THE CONSERVATIVE RESTORATION OF THIS LARGE VILLA OF THE EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY WAS CARRIED OUT BOTH ON MATERIALS AND ARCHITECTURAL LEVELS, VISIBLE ABOVE ALL BY THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ORIGINAL VAULTS AND THE REUSE OF MATERIALS SUCH AS STONES AND WOOD. A LARGE PART OF THE WOODEN FURNITURE HAS BEEN MANUFACTURED THROUGH THE RECOVERY OF THE ORIGINAL OAK OF THE ROOF BEAMS; THE ROOF HAVING BEEN COMPLETELY REDONE BASED ON MODERN TECHNIQUES AND CURRENT LEGISLATION.
