CASA VENTOTTO IS A LOFT REALIZED INSIDE A BUILDING THAT ONCE WAS A FACTORY. IN THE CONVERSION TO HOUSING, THE HISTORICAL IDENTITY WAS MAINTAINED. FINISHINGS THAT, AT FIRST SIGHT, CAN APPEAR UNDEFINED: SCREWS, JOINTS, WELDINGS AND SCRATCHES, IN REALITY ARE AESTHETIC ACCENTS AND PROJECT CONNOTATIVE ELEMENTS. IN THE LIVING AREA WE FIND AN OPEN SPACE WHICH INCLUDES LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN AND ENTRANCE. METAL CHATTELS AND WHITENED BRICK WALLS ARE MITIGATED BY A WARMER AND MORE COMFORTABLE WODDEN FLOOR. THE LIVING ROOM METAL BOOKCASE CONNECTS WITH THE LOW TV SUPPORT SHELF AND A STEEL BRANCH HAS BEEN ANCHORED TO ONE OF THE WALLS TO SUPPORT A MOTORBIKE. THE SOFA, WITH A METALLIC STRUCTURE AND A SITTING IN TREATED AND AGED LEATHER, COMPLETS THE LIVING ROOM. THE TABLE PRESENTS A SUSPENDED STORAGE GRILL REALIZED WITH CUBE MODULES AND THE UPPER PART OF THE KITCHEN IS MADE WITH ON SIGHT COMPARTMENTS. ALSO THE BED STRUCTURE HAS BEEN ENTIRELY REALIZED IN STEEL WITH LEATHER HEADBOARD AND IRREGULAR SEAMS. THE WIDE DARK WOOD WARDROBE HAS AN OPENING SYSTEM WITH SLIDING DOORS FOR THE ENTIRE HEIGHT. THE BATHROOM IS CHARACTERIZED BY A AGED-EFFECT AND FROSTED WALL MIRROR; THE WASHING BASIN LIES ON A PRECIOUS PLAN OF OAK. IN THE SECOND BATHROOM WE FIND THE SAME STORAGING STRUCTURE WITH CUBE MODULES OF THE LIVING AREA.
